Last Lap Eventos is an event-management company specialising in sporting events, brand activations, trade marketing, road-shows, etc., distinguished in the market by offering clients a turnkey service—from event conception and implementation through to post-event evaluation.

All information about Last Lap Eventos’ services—their content and particulars—is publicly available without the need to provide personal data. However, once a client registers for a sporting event or subscribes to any other service, the collection of personal data becomes essential.

Last Lap Eventos is responsible for collecting, processing and securely storing the personal data transmitted by its clients via websites, applications or other technological media, and for preserving the integrity and confidentiality of personal data collected in person, processed and stored—on paper or otherwise—even if only for a limited time.

Last Lap Eventos’ websites, applications and other technological media may redirect users to third-party sites and provide hyperlinks to other websites, applications or platforms not under Last Lap Eventos’ control. Last Lap Eventos cannot be held responsible for the content, security procedures or privacy policies of those third-party services.

This privacy policy complies with the GDPR and applies to all processing of personal data—automated or manual.

“Personal data” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, directly or indirectly, including name, civil or tax ID number, location data, genetic, physiological, economic or clinical data, or any other information enabling their identification.
